Tenzin Dhonyo | Co-Founder

Tenzin was born and raised in India in the Himalayas, in the Tibetan refugee community. He worked for the Central Tibetan Administration, the de-facto Tibetan government-in-exile for over a decade, traveling throughout India and Nepal. He had worked on creating strategic development plans for the Tibetan refugee communities and rolling out sustainable livelihood and health projects. He is currently based in San Francisco Bay Area where he had worked on several US government-funded multi-million dollar international development projects. He is also actively involved with the local Tibetan community organizations serving as their grants and program consultant. 

Tenzin was a Fulbright scholar at Brandeis University, where he received his master’s degree in Sustainable International Development. He was the class speaker during the commencement ceremony.
