Daniel Seger | Co-Founder

Daniel is a leader in the Puget Sound commercial real estate market, specializing in the development and leasing of life science and office buildings. Now in the role of Senior Managing Director at Newmark, he has been involved in more than 600 transactions with a value in excess of $3 billion. Working in areas that include advanced biotechnology facilities and innovative energy-efficient office designs, he is constantly pursuing a more sustainable future for the built space.

Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus in finance and a specialization certificate from the Center for Technological Entrepreneurship at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. He lives in West Seattle with his two sons and is highly involved volunteering in his community as a soccer & wrestling coach, along with active participation in a number of local nonprofits. In his free time, you can find him mountaineering atop the peaks of the Cascades and beyond.
